Platform Accessible Content: Once an image or video is generated, it is not saved to your personal profile. Generated content is temporarily stored on our CDN (Content Delivery Network) solely for you to view and download.

Automatic Deletion: All uploaded and generated content accessible through the platform (via our CDN) is automatically deleted after 7 days. Please make sure to download your creations before this period expires, as we cannot recover content deleted from the CDN.

Note: This 7-day deletion applies only to platform-accessible content. See Section 5 below for information about separate legal compliance storage.

5. Generated Content Retention and Usage

In addition to the temporary CDN storage described above, please be aware of the following regarding your generated content (this does not apply to content you upload):

Separate Secure Storage for Legal Compliance: All generated content, including prompts, generation parameters, and output images, is copied and stored in a separate encrypted database that is not accessible via the platform or CDN. This database exists solely for legal compliance purposes and is retained to respond to valid law enforcement requests and legal obligations. Access to this database is strictly controlled, isolated from platform operations, and only utilized when required by valid legal processes.

AI Model Training: We may use generated content to improve and train future AI models. This helps us enhance the quality and capabilities of our services for all users.

Opt-Out Available: If your generated content incorporates reference images depicting real individuals (such as photographs of real persons), you may opt out of having that specific content used for AI training purposes. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@aiunivers.net with details of the content in question.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers).
