Welcome to the Aiunivers community! Our platform allows users to create, share, and explore AI-generated artwork through our Gallery feature. These Community Guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and creative environment for all members.
By using Aiunivers and participating in our community features, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
2. General Conduct
We expect all community members to:
- Be Respectful: Treat other users with respect and courtesy. Harassment, bullying, or targeted attacks against other members will not be tolerated.
- Be Honest: Only share content you have created using the platform. Do not claim others' work as your own.
- Be Constructive: When engaging with others' work, provide constructive feedback rather than harmful criticism.
- Follow the Law: All content must comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
3. Gallery Submissions
Our Gallery is a space where users can showcase their AI-generated creations. When submitting to the Gallery:
3.1 Content Requirements
- All submissions must be User-Generated Content (UGC) created using the Aiunivers platform
- Submissions must be your own original creations
- Content must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
- All content must be legal in nature
3.2 Submission Limits
To ensure fair access to Gallery rewards and maintain quality:
- Users are limited to 50 submissions per month
- This limit resets at the beginning of each calendar month
- Submissions that violate guidelines and are removed still count toward your monthly limit
3.3 Submission Rewards
Earn Credits: Every successful Gallery submission that meets our guidelines will be awarded 2 platform credits. These credits can be used for additional generations and platform features.
3.4 Prompt Sharing
When submitting to the Gallery, you have the option to share the prompt you used to create your image. Please note:
- The prompt field is for sharing your actual generation prompts only
- Promotional content is strictly prohibited in the prompt field
- Do not include links, advertisements, or promotional text
- Do not use the prompt field to advertise services, products, or external platforms
- Sharing accurate prompts helps the community learn and improve their creations
4. NSFW Content Policy
Aiunivers allows adult content under strict conditions. If you choose to create or share NSFW content:
4.1 Mandatory NSFW Flair
- You MUST toggle ON the NSFW flair when submitting any adult or mature content
- Failure to properly tag NSFW content will result in content removal and potential account action
- This ensures users who prefer not to see such content can filter it out
4.2 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create, view, or interact with NSFW content on the platform.
5. Strictly Prohibited Content
The following types of content are absolutely prohibited on Aiunivers, regardless of NSFW tagging:
Zero Tolerance Policy: Creating, uploading, or sharing any of the following content will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative content depicting minors (real or AI-generated)
- Non-Consensual Intimate Content: NSFW deepfakes or sexual imagery of real, identifiable people without their consent
- Notable/Public Figures: NSFW or defamatory content depicting celebrities, politicians, or other public figures
- Gore and Extreme Violence: Graphic depictions of extreme violence, mutilation, torture, or death
- Zoophilia/Bestiality: Sexual content involving animals
- Necrophilia: Sexual content involving deceased individuals
- Terrorism and Extremism: Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites terrorism or violent extremism
- Hate Speech: Content that attacks, demeans, or incites violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Illegal Activities: Content that promotes or depicts illegal activities such as drug manufacturing, human trafficking, or weapons dealing
6. Promotional Content Policy
To maintain the integrity of our Gallery as a creative showcase:
- No Advertisements: Do not upload images that are advertisements or promotional materials
- No Spam: Do not repeatedly submit similar content or flood the Gallery
- No External Promotion: Do not use submissions to promote external websites, services, social media accounts, or competing platforms
- No Commercial Solicitation: Do not use the Gallery to solicit paid work or services
- Original UGC Only: The Gallery is exclusively for AI-generated artwork created on Aiunivers
7. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that violates these guidelines:
All reports are reviewed by our moderation team and handled confidentially.
8. Enforcement and Consequences
Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in:
- Content Removal: Violating content will be removed from the platform
- Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a warning
- Temporary Suspension: Repeated violations may result in temporary account suspension
- Permanent Ban: Serious or repeated violations will result in permanent account termination
- No Refund: Users banned for guideline violations are not entitled to refunds
- Legal Action: In cases of illegal content, we may report to relevant authorities
We reserve the right to take action at our discretion to maintain community safety.
9. Appeals
If you believe your content was removed or your account was actioned in error:
- Contact us at support@aiunivers.net with the subject line "Appeal Request"
- Include your account email and details about the action taken
- Provide context or explanation for your appeal
- Appeals are reviewed within 5-7 business days
10. Privacy and Safety
To protect yourself and others:
- Do not share personal information (yours or others') in submissions or prompts
- Do not create content intended to harass, stalk, or threaten specific individuals
- Be cautious about sharing identifying details in your prompts
- Report any suspicious behavior or potential threats to our team
11. Changes to Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to address new features, emerging issues, or community feedback. We will notify users of significant changes through the platform or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
