2. Subscription Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- First-Time Subscribers: If you are a first-time subscriber and are unsatisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using our services, and our support team is unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
- Service Unavailability: If our platform experiences significant downtime (beyond scheduled maintenance) that substantially impacts your ability to use the service.
- Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged multiple times for the same subscription period in error, you are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate charge(s).
Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Partial Refunds
If you have already used the platform before requesting a refund, you may only be eligible for a partial refund. This applies to:
- First-Time Subscribers: If you have used the platform (generated images, used AI tools, etc.) during your subscription period, we will calculate a partial refund based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription, minus the cost of resources already consumed.
- Technical Issues: If you experienced technical issues but were able to use the platform partially, your refund amount will be prorated based on the actual downtime or unusable period, accounting for resources already utilized.
- Service Unavailability: If you used the platform before the service disruption occurred, only a partial refund will be issued for the period of unavailability.
Our AI image generation services consume computational resources (GPU processing, model inference, storage, etc.) each time you use them. Since these resources have already been allocated and utilized on your behalf, we cannot offer full refunds once the platform has been actively used.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally NOT be provided in the following situations:
- You have substantially used the service during the billing period
- Your account has been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- You simply changed your mind about the subscription after the 7-day window
- You failed to cancel your subscription before the renewal date
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (as results can vary based on prompts and settings)
- Price changes that were communicated in advance
- Partial month usage after cancellation
5. How to Request a Refund

- Step 2: Include your account email address and the date of the charge
- Step 3: Provide a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund

6. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received and reviewed:
- We will respond to your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method

- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
7. Subscription Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your subscription to prevent future charges:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to the platform until the end of your paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
Please note that canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically initiate a refund.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks incur additional fees and may result in immediate account termination.

9. API Credits and Usage
For API users:
- API credits are generally non-refundable once purchased
- Unused credits do not expire and remain available in your account
