At Aiunivers, we strive to provide the best AI image generation experience. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with our services.

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our subscription services.

2. Understanding Our Platform Model

Aiunivers operates as a paid-only platform where access to all services, tools, and content requires an active subscription. Before subscribing, users have the opportunity to:

  • Review our complete feature list and pricing on our website
  • Read our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and this Refund Policy
  • Understand exactly what services and content they will receive
  • Make an informed decision before providing payment details

By subscribing to Aiunivers, you acknowledge that you have willingly provided your payment information and agreed to pay for access to our platform. The subscription process requires explicit action on your part entering payment details, selecting a plan, and confirming your purchase. This is not a free trial that converts to paid; it is a deliberate purchase decision.

Given this model, we expect users to have carefully considered their purchase before subscribing. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, which is why we offer a limited refund window as outlined below.

3. Refund Request Timeframe

48-Hour Window: All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the charge date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

This limited timeframe reflects the nature of our paid-only platform. Since users make an informed, deliberate decision to subscribe, 48 hours provides sufficient time to identify any immediate issues while protecting our platform from abuse.

4. Subscription Refund Eligibility

Within the 48-hour window, you may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • First-Time Subscribers: If you are a first-time subscriber and are unsatisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using our services, and our support team is unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Service Unavailability: If our platform experiences significant downtime (beyond scheduled maintenance) that substantially impacts your ability to use the service.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged multiple times for the same subscription period in error, you are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate charge(s).

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our team will evaluate each request individually, taking into account the specific circumstances, account activity, and the nature of the issue reported. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee a refund; final decisions rest with our support team.

5. Partial Refunds

If you have already used the platform before requesting a refund, you may only be eligible for a partial refund. This applies to:

  • First-Time Subscribers: If you have used the platform (generated images, used AI tools, etc.) during your subscription period, we will calculate a partial refund based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription, minus the cost of resources already consumed.
  • Technical Issues: If you experienced technical issues but were able to use the platform partially, your refund amount will be prorated based on the actual downtime or unusable period, accounting for resources already utilized.
  • Service Unavailability: If you used the platform before the service disruption occurred, only a partial refund will be issued for the period of unavailability.

Why Partial Refunds? Our AI image generation services consume computational resources (GPU processing, model inference, storage, etc.) each time you use them. Since these resources have already been allocated and utilized on your behalf, we cannot offer full refunds once the platform has been actively used.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • You have substantially used the service during the billing period
  • Your account has been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • You simply changed your mind about the subscription after the 48-hour window
  • You failed to cancel your subscription before the renewal date
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (as results can vary based on prompts and settings)
  • Price changes that were communicated in advance
  • Partial month usage after cancellation
  • Requests submitted after the 48-hour refund window has expired

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our support team at support@aiunivers.net with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Step 2: Include your account email address and the date of the charge
  • Step 3: Provide a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  • Step 4: Include any relevant transaction IDs or payment receipts

8. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and reviewed:

  • We will respond to your request within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

9. Subscription Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your subscription to prevent future charges:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to the platform until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period

Please note that canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically initiate a refund.

10. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks incur additional fees and may result in immediate account termination.

11. API Credits and Usage

For users accessing our services via the API:

Non-Refundable: API top-up credits are non-refundable once purchased. Please carefully consider your usage needs before purchasing additional credits.

Credit Expiration

Unused top-up credits will reset at the end of your billing cycle. To avoid losing unused credits, we recommend:

  • Only purchase top-up credits based on your actual projected usage
  • Monitor your credit consumption through the Admin Panel
  • Plan your API usage to maximize the value of your credits before the billing cycle ends

Running Low on Credits Frequently? If your monthly credit limit is regularly exhausted before your billing cycle ends, consider upgrading to a higher tier subscription. Our Startup plan includes more credits at a better value. For high-volume usage, our Enterprise plan offers custom scalable limits tailored to your specific needs.

Billing Errors

In cases of billing errors or technical issues that prevented you from using your API credits, please contact our support team for assistance. Each case will be reviewed individually.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
